A recently Canadian study showed that pregnant woman at first stages who uses some pain relievers such as Ibuprofen and Naproxen, are more Susceptibility to abortion rescue.
The researchers found that among 52,000 Canadian pregnant women who have used anti-inflammatory drug does not contain steroid substance "NSAID", were more susceptible to twice abortion than woman who did not use that drug.
In general, it was found that taking drugs that contains " NSAID" increases the abortion rescue for pregnant woman 2.4 times more than any other pain reliever .
Also, the researchers found that Ibuprofen drugs are the most public pain reliever due to its dirt-cheap, which made the researchers in Montreal University to believe that it play a role in many of abortion cases in Canada.
The recently study which published in the Canadian Medical Association newspaper might be not prove that "NSAID" drugs lead to abortion ; However, they believe that it have a side effect on pregnant woman.
The researchers have found the relation between that drug and abortion cases , taking into account some healthy problems for woman such as; Rheumatoid , Lupus and using some other drugs.
Also, it was found that the level of prostaglandins "hormone-like substance" decreases in uterus at first stages of pregnancy. As knowing that prostaglandin production is affected by NSAID dugs.
Researchers believe that NSAID may increases the rescue of abortion as it affect on the amount of prostaglandin produced in uterus at the beginning of pregnancy.
Generally, doctors advice pregnant woman to avoid drugs as possible as they can specially at the first stages of pregnancy.
Anick Berard - a researcher from Montreal University – gives an advice to woman suffering from Rheumatoid or lupus to consult their own doctors about if they can stop taking the drugs at pregnancy, especially it knowing that these diseases get better with pregnancy.
For woman who have to take a pain reliever for any emergency problem such as; headache, it prefer to take Tylenol drug as it more safely for pregnant woman.
This advice also for woman desires to get pregnant, as many woman exposure to abortion before knowing about their pregnancy.
