Washington, American researchers have revealed a newly contraceptive method; they developed it and tested on monkeys. This method characterizes with being more safely and concentrated than current methods available, as it targets the enzymes which responsible for releasing the ovum.
Science daily – an American website – mentioned that the researchers in Oregon University for health and science have developed a newly contraceptive method which not target hormones of females – as in current method – but it focuses on the mechanisms which reach directly to the release of ovum.
The new method targets the main enzymes responsible for releasing the ovum, as scientists were able to determine it in monkeys who share the same reproductive system of human.
The search shows that targeting these enzymes can prevent the release of ovum from the ovary, while the other step for researchers is to show females how to take the drug and schedule for that.
The current contraceptive methods (UBI) depend on rising the levels of some female's hormones by taking tablets contains hormones prevent the natural menstrual cycle and it have a side effects.
